This new hobby of mine has become a full on obsession.
I've made a second spoon, a butter knife and a pebble brooch.
 I want to be holding my carving knife and a piece of scrap wood all day :)

As my sweet friend Sonia told me at Instagram : "It was inevitable" :) Hand carved & wood burned mahogany birdie.  1) Carved with this knife .  2) Sanded progressively with coarse, medium and fine grit sandpaper. 4) Wood burned with my pyrography pen 5) Finished with this wood salve .
